Participation Criteria *Please be sure to check all the details

::: About age :: :
Those under 6 years old and over 80 years old are not allowed to participate. 
For those between 65 and 79 years old, please contact us and we may ask you about your daily exercise habits at the time of registration. 
* Participants over 65 years old will be asked to fill out a special pledge form. 
* Minors who wish to participate alone must have a parent or guardian's written consent.

::: About body shape :::
Participants with a BMI index [weight (kg)]/[height (m) squared] of 35 or more are not eligible to participate. 
Participants with a BMI index between 30 and 34 will be asked to fill out a special declaration form.

::: About language :::
For safety reasons, only participants who can understand and speak Japanese or English are allowed to participate.
Participants who fall under any of the following categories are not eligible to participate.
- Pregnant or possibly pregnant 
- With mental illnesses such as depression 
- With respiratory diseases such as asthma, pneumothorax, pneumonia, pneumothorax, pulmonary tuberculosis (pneumothorax, pneumonia, pulmonary tuberculosis, etc.), those with epileptic symptoms 
- Those who has been drinking alcohol (including those who hungover or drank alcohol the day before) 
- With fever, using illegal drugs, and deemed dangerous by the organizer on the day of the event
